- Strawberries
- Grated Belgian Chocolate
- Double Boiler
- Wax Paper
Preparation: 1. Melt chocolate over a double boiler.
2. Dip fresh strawberries in the melted chocolate until three quarters covered.
3. Put berries on a sheet of waxed paper to cool.
4. Let set until chocolate hardens.
